  • General Fitness/Core Stability
  • Core stability training is essential to stabilize your body, for better functional movements, improves posture and to prevent injuries. The muscles of the torso (Trunk) stabilize the spine and provide better base for movement in the limbs. The biggest benefit of core training is to develop functional fitness - that is, fitness that is essential to both daily living and regular activities.

  • Body sculpting/body shaping
  • This programme deals with body transformation packages used for toning body muscles. Drawing heavily from techniques commonly used by body builders around the world, a carefully planned mix of resistance training and cardio exercise is what makes this program highly effective.

  • Weight Loss and Gain
  • Just as being underweight is a sign of being unfit, being overweight has it's own share of associated health problems and fitness implications. Obesity is now a major health concern.Closer to home, the modern Indian urban lifestyle is arguably getting increasingly "Americanised". Fast food, irregular sleep and exercise, sedentary desk jobs, and economic prosperity have resulted in a lifestyle that has the side effect of obesity or being overweight.

  • Back Problems Fitness programmes
  • Each one of us has had some form of back pain at some point in life. This could be a sports related injury, sprain, or injury on account of bad posture or lack of fitness (to quote a few from a range of causes). An increasingly common cause of back pain today is the excess weight brought on by the excesses of modern urban life.A back-strengthening workout before the exercise session is the way to go. Overhead movements should be avoided for cervical problems, as should be exercises involving a lot of flexion of the spine.

  • Cardiovascular Fitness programmes
  • People with cardiovascular problem should avoid intense workout. Normal breathing during workout, should avoid overhead and static movements.
